Stella Strazdas
Prior to founding Parvana Consulting LLC, a Next Level Leadership partner, Stella led Global HR teams for over 20 years at a number of Fortune 500 organizations, including Merck, Hoffmann La-Roche, and Unilever. During her 17 years with Johnson & Johnson, she led regional HR teams for the Pharmaceuticals Group for North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific, and most recently was the Worldwide Vice President Human Resources within Medical Devices.
Stella has led change and transformation at the global business unit level, inclusive of acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, and launching new business models. Her track record includes coaching and developing executives across the organization to reach their potential as leaders and build strong global diverse teams.
She has been an adjunct professor at NYU for the Stern and Wagner Schools in Management. She’s fluent in English and Spanish and has a general proficiency in French. In her spare time, Stella enjoys traveling the world with her husband, supporting the arts and theater in New York, community activism, and practicing yoga and Tai Chi. She is currently studying the Integral Coaching Methodology with New Ventures West.
