She served as the Global Lead for Diversity and Inclusion at Unilever and is committed to development of women leaders. Shefali has lived in and worked across five countries--coaching leaders spanning four continents, in diverse industries and sectors. She’s very proud of her work with CEOs of Micro Finance companies in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Shefali is fluent in English and Hindi.
