Orlando has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry; leading sales organizations through management, training, diversity, marketing, leadership, and personnel development. As a Commercial Sales Leader in a top five pharmaceutical company, he led an organization of 700 people to consistently exceed performance goals and provided a stream of exceptional leadership talent into the executive leadership pipeline. As Senior Director of Diversity at Astra Zeneca, he sponsored three of NLL’s most successful programs, including: various versions of Count Me In®, a Women’s Leadership Summit geared to advancing Director Level Women, and Success Circles® Peer Mentoring. Astra Zeneca’s use of Success Circles® was then profiled at The Conference Board for its powerful impact on Diversity and Inclusion.
